Our new In-Field Flow Coating was developed over the last several years leveraging our expertise in insitu coating and recent advancements in nanocomposite coating technology.  The RPS In-Field Coating (IFC) system is a revolutionary process for applying a coating in existing (in-place) pipelines that significantly increases pipeline efficiency and performance.  RPS utilizes an advanced “NANO” technology composite coating.  The coating is a thin-film single component coating that creates a matrix of nano sized particles that crosslink with the substrate itself. This high-tension crosslink creates an extremely hard, durable, waterproof, non-toxic clear surface. This extremely smooth surface decreases drag and significantly reduces the attachment of contaminates and deposits to the pipe wall.
